Weekly Meal Plan Week 32
|Sunday: Parmesan and Almond Green Beans + Siracha and Creole Spice Shrimp … do y’all know about Tony ChaChere Creole Seasoning|
|Monday: Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon + Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice & Quinoa or Whole Grain Brown Rice + Green Beans left over from the night before.||Tuesday: BLT Chopped Salad + Parmesan Baked Chicken Tenders (adapted by using seasoned breadcrumbs, no black pepper and no milk).|
|Wednesday: BBQ Chicken on the Grill (seasoned / marinated overnight with a little salt + ) + Grilled Corn + Roasted Broccoli.||Thursday: Leftovers + BLT Chopped Salad – same thing I made on Tuesday (I use Simply Dressed Salad Dressings so I don’t add salt / pepper / oil)|
|Friday: Orecchiette with Sausage and Broccoli – more than 5 ingredients but I’m making an exception since this is a 1-pot meal, and it’s still less than (or equal to) 10 ingredients.||Saturday: We’re having neighbors and friends over for a BBQ and Bonfire party|
That’s the plan. Most of the recipes are adapted to use 5 ingredients or less.
