GourmetNut Mega Omega Power Up Trail Mix is all Natural, Vegan and Gluten Free blend of nuts (walnuts and almonds), fruits (mango and cranberries) and pumpkin seeds. It’s touted as “The natural way to get that extra boost on the go”.
I like the see through film on the front of the packaging which shows exactly what the product is, and gives an idea of the ratio of the different ingredients. The overall design is also very eye catching with clean lines, bright colors for the text and product claims right on the front. I don’t know about you – but the huge “Power Up” right on the front is doing it’s job by calling me to check out what’s going on with this trail mix.
✤ Taste & Texture
Count me in as a fan of GourmetNut Mega Omega Power Up Trail Mix. The ingredients are simple and it tastes a little sweet from the dried fruits, mango and cranberries, and crunchy from the almonds and pumpkin seeds. But, I don’t particularly care for walnuts and the pieces in the package are kind of big, so I ended up removing most of them. Just my personal preference though.
